Pharmacist

Community based acute care facility is in need of a Full Time Pharmacist for either days or nights. If interested in working with a great team, excellent facility in a town with charm then look no further.

Responsibilities:
Involved in all aspects of the preparation and distribution of all drugs. Responsible for screening all drug orders for appropriateness, physical and therapeutic incompatibilities, and allergies. Provides drug information to physicians, nurses and others as appropriate. Carries out Pharmacy policies and procedures. Pharmacy services provided encompass all patient populations of the hospita.

Qualifications:
- Licensed LA Pharmacist or eligible
- Bachelors of Pharmacy required, PharmD Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 yr post-graduate preferred, willing to look at new grads and those from retail pharmacy experience.
