Overall responsibility for company's marketing and communications, including: strategic planning, communications, advertising, promotion, MCIF and CRM database development and management, research, analysis, internet banking development, marketing, product management and business line marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Guides the development and implementation of marketing plans across lines of business and geographic footprint to take the company's brand management to the next level.
- Prepares and manages budgets for the company in collaboration with internal clients and in coordination with external vendors.
- Leads marketing data research, interpretation, presenting conclusions, developing action plans based on conclusions and overseeing plan implementation.

Qualifications:
- 15 years minimum marketing and management experience in the banking industry required, preferably at a progressive regional bank.
- Bachelor's four-year college degree required.
- Must be able to effectively coordinate and manage activities with multiple internal clients and areas with the bank and its affiliates.
