Job description

To develop commercial sales for the Self-Injection Systems product line with a focus on North American customers. An extensive understanding of drug products, customers and market dynamics will be a key responsibility and pre-requisite to success. Global coordination within the Self-Injection team and with PDS and PPS stakeholders is also expected.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual Self-Injection Systems sales target for assigned region and accounts
Technically master the SmartDose, ConfiDose, and SelfDose product lines to support Self-Injection Systems commercial development
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers at customers to drive adoption of West systems
- Provide market input to PDS R&D, marketing, operations, and other organizations to support timely new product development to meet unmet needs and to support West market leadership.

Qualifications:
Education: B.S. in technical or business area with ability to perform in both areas. Relevant experience in chemistry, biology, or engineering preferred. Self-injection product experience preferred.
